International shipping note for units returned for repair -
For international customers (Including Canada and Mexico) please note that you need to be very careful completing the wording on your shipping documents or you will be charged import duties and fees when you ship the throttle body in for repair. Please reference that you are returning the product to the original equipment manufacturer, Ellison Fluid Systems, for repair. Here is an example of a correct entry to include on the shipping label:
IMP/EXP TYPE: RETURN TO ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR
COUNTRY OF MFG: USA - ELLISON FLUID SYSTEMS
Please note that you will be billed for any duties or import fees if you documentation is incorrectly completed.
